Although Floor Perfect, LLC has the ability to help choose material and offer design expertise, we often work with architects and designers who have already applied their vision to a project.  It is our job to come in and make sure our interpretation of their vision exceeds their expectations!

School Bond Projects

We often have the opportunity to perform flooring sales and installation services during school bond issues.  We are happy to have been the primary flooring contractor at Marlatt Elementary, Bluemont Elementary, West High School and East High School in the Manhattan Bond Issue.  We served the Salina school district recently at Coronado and Oakdale Elementary schools and Abilene at Eisenhower Elementary.

Public and Private Universities

Floor Perfect, LLC provides services to universities and school districts both public and private.  We are proud to have worked at Kansas State University in Manhattan as well as Kansas State University Polytechnic in Salina.  We also spend lots of time working at Fort Hays State University, Emporia State University and Manhattan Christian College.

The above photo is taken in one of our most unique projects.  This project was a 150 foot deep Atlas F4 Missile Silo!  After converting this property into residential living space, the owner has been able to sell the units to high profile "preppers" who want to be able to get off of the grid when things go bad.  We were lucky enough to install a wide variety of tiles and carpet in this beautifully finished project.
