Here at Floor Perfect, LLC we are really proud of our ability to build a cohesive team.  Our team is made up of members shown below.

 

Bob brown-owner/president

Bob Brown, who is shown above purchased Floor Perfect, LLC in 2010 from Tom Rupp.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Bob has over forty years of experience in design, team building, project management and finances. He designed and built production and broadcast studios for KCHU Radio in Dallas, TX. Bob managed the design project and build out of Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure and Museum. As the owner of BBC Landscaping, he won many awards for landscaping design and installation including the ‘facelift’ of Kansas Wesleyan University. Bob loves construction and design and believes strongly in customer service and integrity. As the owner of Floor Perfect, LLC, he will strive to deliver the best flooring products to all of our customers, both large and small.

chris comeau-vp operations

Chris Comeau, who is shown above with his family, joined the company immediately following its 2010 acquisition from Tom Rupp to serve as VP of Operations.

After seven years of active duty service in the U.S. Army concluded in 2004, Chris entered the construction world as a drywall apprentice and spent six years as a landscaper. His duties as Vice President of Operations include project estimation, project management, and inventory control.  Chris graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in Business Studies.

Chris has been married since 2002 to his wife Kylee with whom he shares three energetic boys, Kaiden who is eighteen years old, Kort who is fifteen, and Cooper who is eleven.
